I have befriended a woman that really needs some help and love for Christmas. Jada is a 26 year old mother of a two week old baby. The father wants nothing to do with the new baby and is now playing house with another woman. She is staying at a friends house after an apartment fire wiped out everything she owned just before the baby was born. And she is now staying with a Sister but they have an eviction notice that expires on January 1st so she cannot stay there for long. Her cat perished in the fire. She is in Ohio and her mother is in Alabama. I also found out that she does not have a running vehicle. Someone took apart her vehicle and its in pieces. The manifold gasket is off and it was making a noise that required some parts/ claps of some sort. Its a Landrover, so not the easiest to fix. If there is someone with a car trailer with mechanic skills willing to go down and pick up the vehicle and help her get down there or the other option is she has to rent a car and dolly to take it to Alabama with her so that relatives can fix the vehicle for her. I have filed two different files, in two different cases. The first case the Rapid City police raided the home i was living in with my former boyfriend. Their intent was to steal my files of the cities harassment against me. They want to charge me with 3 felony counts, including one that is pot that was found in my exboyfriends room. So they are charging me with his felony count. Pays to be a paid informant. The second is on my divorce case, which has taken ten years and my ex husband has been paying off people to harass me and i believe he is the one that possibly took apart my home when i was out of town. He had my ex boyfriend keep an eye on me for him. My exhusband owes me over 30k plus interest for 10 years. The councilman Ron Weifenbach purchased my home for only 20,000. A home that should have been worth over $160,000. Talk about a payoff from the bank. He is also a mortgage broker by trade.

The first one is the criminal case and the second is the divorce case.

I took the first job that i could get in this area that came along. It was a mistake, the gas stations are in league with the government to collect revenue in any way they can. i am now on the other side of the state and i must be targeted individual. I even carded the person and the computer did not flag the sale.... remember the government lies and can lie to get people and steal their funds.

So i filed a three day contract rescission and the local county did not want to accept my paperwork so then i had to mail it in. So if anyone wants to follow my example, i hit them two ways, 3-day cancelling the contract to rule over me. the affidavit of truth is good to use before going before a judge but you must really believe in it as when they ask if you plead guilty or not guilty you must object and state that i am sovereign and do not give you the right to rule over me. This is a trick question designed for you to unwittingly to give them permisssion to rule over you. The 3 day rescission is good on small things like speeding tickets and stuff. For bigger things use the rest or use what you are comfortable with. I hit them with many things in this one. This is a two or three punch in one. So becareful if you are unsure.

Its not enough that they put me out of  business, ruined my home, ruined my relationship with my boyfriend and have harassed me for 10 years on behalf of my ex husband. I was having a rummage sale at my storage location in the City of Box Elder. Another town mind you. And was completely oblivious to what was transpiring until these men left. Then the dots connected.
5/18/2017, had an encounter at my storage unit with two guys from the city… They acted like they wanted to purchase some auto equipment and in the conversation it came about that they wanted to take my Hotsy (13,000 parts washer new) (6500 used) to test it without paying for it. I am sorry but they will not load my equipment without paying for it. It works period and it was a scheme to steal my equipment from me. This made me very nervous and my gut instincts was they were up to no good.. Said i would think about it, but after they left, i thought NO WAY!

To me they were there to harass me and to make plans to steal my equipment. I thought it was Box Elder city but that is not a city and only Rapid City people refer to themselves as City! This took place at my storage unit in Box Elder, not in rapid City.. I am sure it was a rapid city truck.

I will not sell anything to the City of Rapid City and no way will they take it off my premises without paying for it. CASH ONLY City of Rapid City, your money is no good to me. And you will pay full asking price, there is no discount for those that are up to no good, you owe me for damages so you better add a few zeros for restitution.

They arrested me for taking my own property from my house that they stole. And 7 months ago they raided my boyfriends house and stole all of the computers in the house to try to find all of the files and paperwork i have against the city for tearing my house down.

We recently got them to shut down and dismiss the misdeamenor case .... Now for the next one!
please call the Judges and demand they drop the false charges.... they are trying to charge me with 3 felony counts for paperwork that proved that the city tore my house down to destroy the value in it. I had alot of equity in my home. So everyone call them.... Call/write the clerk of courts.... Court file #'s 17-405 and also my divorce has been going on 10 years now, tell them to quit delaying it... Div 07-65.

Please see the documents that i filed this past monday, and the list of subpoena's. I gave them an out with a peaceful resolution, the question is are they humane enough to take it. Do they have any humanity?
Just think what other criminal activities the PEOPLE will discover with the disclosure of their bank accounts and IRS statements!

On May 5th, a check came in the mail for return of the Bond connected to the misdemeanor charges against me for taking my own property. Of course i have not recieved any property back, as the police stole them out of the back of my truck that night but at least they dropped the case against me. Thank you for all the people that called or wrote in to the court house.

With the bond being returned that means they dismissed the case and the calls and pressure to do the right thing worked.
