Today, on 9-17-2015, Mr. Tom Kirkenbach from the city code enforcement office and two police officers trespassed on my property and committed a number of crimes with no warrant.

Last Friday on 9-11-2015 they stole a van off of my property with no warrant. And at the end of the video you will see that.

Here are the list of crimes that were committed... as far as I know...

criminal trespassing, armed robbery, criminal mischief, breaking and entering into a gated and closed locked area. Burglary & theft, harassment, public disturbance, conspiracy and use of excessive force for the situation. The officers names are John Olsen #376 and Senior officer Kyle Akers #365. They, the city, had two big trailers, so they did not take as much stuff as they intended as I had another witness already at my house as I knew that they were not done harassing me. On Friday someone from the city said that they intended on taking more, in otherwords they had planned on taking everything I have back there. They previously had removed a van that was being worked on without my permission and they admit this at the end. There was no notification left when they removed this from my property. This harassment all stems from fighting the bank on my foreclosure of my home and Tom that has a personal vendetta against me for whatever reason is unknown. They think I am an easy target and that a woman is not allowed to be in the automotive business in rapid city. As I used to own a business.
