Sioux Falls Judge denies me a jury trial MAG 17-5125

the Sioux falls judge Patrick Schroeder denied me a jury trial and has been rescheduled for a judicial trial on January 19 at 10 am. My court appointed attorney could be taken away, I have been informed because they cannot get any jail time with a judicial trial. But I rights to a jury trial still have been violated and I have every right to sue this judge for damages in federal court.
