The city of Rapid City does not have to follow any laws, they are above the law. The newest way to ruin homes comes in the name of Asbestos siding. They are doing this to many people, I am not the only one. This is a new way to steal your home and property. They stole a car out of my driveway, that is not enough. They are so bold that they will even steal my house.
They hired a company to remove my home from my property and now they haven't even paid their bill. They have been sending in crooks to break into my house because I was not out of the house like they thought. Now the house looks so bad that it is attracting every hoodlum in the area. They were even supposed to supply a dumpster but the city has even failed at this. I mean I am sure they mean to site me for the garbage on my property when they created it. Now because the roof and siding is 80 percent off, almost every ceiling in the house has fallen in as we got rain and snow. The blown in insulation gets wet then the ceiling falls in from the weight of this. Every wood floor only takes 3 days of rain for it to be ruined as well. Every floor in the house is already ruined from the roof being off. There is no saving the house now that the city has totally ruined the house. I had to turn off the electrical box as I am afraid that the rain getting into all the light fixtures will cause a fire. Maybe that is what they want as it would bring the house down much faster and ruin it to an even greater degree.
When in court over the camper, I had told them that I had a foreclosure date of Feb 21 but I had gotten an extension from the bank and have until March 31, today. I still have stuff to remove from the garage as there is never enough time to remove things from a home that you have been in for 18 years. The funny thing is that the banks lawyers are even feeling sorry for me. Can you imagine that even the lawyers for Chase Manhattan Bank even consider this extreme?
In South Dakota, the protection order means nothing, my ex husband can harass me in the most extreme way and I cannot get the judges to see what he is doing, well maybe using the city to tear down my house will make a difference. Of course the divorce court system is set up to divide up your property between the lawyers anyways, once you don't have a lawyer and representing yourself, you are not paying into the system to get anywhere. How do you get anywhere in a broken system. I am still in court for a divorce that started in 2007. 07-65 is the court number.
Please call the city of Rapid City and complain, tell them to at least pay their bills, and that tearing peoples houses is not OK! Call the Mayor at 605 394-4110. Get voices heard for the destruction they are causing me and other people. I am just one person that they are targeting out of many others. I am just someone that will not stop until I am heard.
