I am posting two files, one is the summary which I should never had to have a second trial over my divorce. The previous judge did a great job. He even declared that he stood by everything that he said. He did a great job of being more than fair with my ex husband. It was minor differences and they are turning a small hill into a giant mountain. He wants to pay nothing, he left me with over 100k of bills and gets off scott free. He owes me over 33k plus 8 years of interest in any other court room. The judge does not give me any credit. I am a non person in his eyes.
There is something fishy between my ex-husbands lawyer Angie and Judge Craig Pfeiffle. I don't know exactly what it is, but it is disgusting that I am not treated with any respect at all. Hell I swear that my ex's lawyer has bought off the judge in some way or they are sleeping together, or maybe they are all in on the scam. They all party together and trade cases like they are monopoly cards. All I know is I have not gotten a fair trial at all, I should never had to go thru a second trial, it was totally uncalled for. This is all a scam so my ex does not share any burden of the bills that he left the marriage with. It is discrimination against all WOMEN!!!!
